Lisa Glover
Salon Owner Lisa opened Tutti Frutti in February 2011 and has spent over 15 years pouring love in to the business and its reputation. Lisa’s aim from day one was a salon where every client feels welcome and relaxed and leaves feeling their best. She still puts that care and attention into every treatment, and she’s proud of the friendly, loyal salon family that has grown around Tutti Frutti. She loves nothing more than a day full of a variety of treatments from a relaxing and quiet facial to a catch up over a lash appointment.
Lowri Watson
Lowri joined Team Tutti in September 2021 and is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear from us. As our Salon Operations Manager, she looks after our online enquiries, texts, WhatsApp messages and social media, so if you’ve been in touch, you’ve probably already chatted with her. She has an amazing memory for our clients and always remembers the little details.
Lowri has worked in the beauty industry since leaving school, and her experience shows. Facials and massages are her passion. She has brilliant knowledge of facial products, and her massages have earned her a reputation as our pocket rocket: small but mighty! Lowri is one of our CACI Synergy Certified Therapists and our only Therapist offering Reflexology (at the moment).
Clare Miles
Having known Clare for over 30 years Lisa was delighted when she made salon history in August 2018 becoming Lisa’s first employee. Until then our therapists had all been self-employed, and Clare’s arrival was the start of the close-knit team we’re so proud of today.
Clare is professional through and through and a true perfectionist. Nobody is more organised than her, and if she could set up for your appointment two weeks early, she would! She’s fantastic with the wax pot, and her facials are brilliant too. Clare is another of our CACI Synergy Certified Therapists and is trained in Advance Waxing too.
Joanne Hope
Jo joined us in October 2024 and brought a calm, caring and understanding nature with her. She’s beautiful inside and out and a wonderful listener. Clients often tell us how relaxed they feel just being in her company.
That calming touch carries into her treatments. Her facials and massages will have you floating out of the salon, and her gel manicures are always in demand. Jo is also currently our only therapist offering Pregnancy Massages, so she’s the one to book with if you’re expecting and need some well-deserved relaxation.
Della Beecroft
Della joined us in February 2026. She had run her own beauty business single-handedly for many years and was ready to be part of a team. She’s been a brilliant addition, and her bubbly personality hasn’t dipped once since she arrived! Outside the salon, Della is never one to turn down a night out.
Della works alongside Lisa and Hayley on our Lash Extensions and has recently qualified in Lash Lifts too. She’s a great all-round therapist who enjoys every treatment, so whatever you’re booking, you’re in safe hands.
Hayley May
Hayley is the newest member of Team Tutti, joining us in October 2026. She’s a familiar face to Lisa, though, as the two have known each other as friends and fellow therapists for many years. Hayley worked self-employed here in Andover for a number of years, with spa and salon experience before that.
She’s known for her amazing Lash Extensions, but she joined us because she wanted to be part of a team and enjoy more variety in her day. Judging by the glowing feedback on her massages, facials and pedicures in her first month, that variety suits her perfectly! She’s fitted in so quickly that it already feels like she’s been with us forever.
