We provide this website for our customers and potential customers. It is not really intended for use by other businesses. As long as you use it in a responsible manner you should keep within the terms of use we have specified, but if you have any doubt please ready the detailed document.
Terms of Sale – Gift Vouchers
We only sell Gift Vouchers online, the details about your rights and how we fulfil our obligations are in the detailed document. Some key points are;
- The Gift Vouchers are valid for six monthsfrom date of purchase or until the date shown on the Gift Vouchers purchased in the salon.
- Gift Vouchers may be redeemed after the expiry date where Services have been booked prior to the expiry date.
- Where a treatment is booked after the expiry date and subsequently cancelled the Gift Vouchers will no longer be valid for use and will be deemed to have expired.
- The value of the Gift Vouchers may only be used as part or full payment for Tutti Frutti treatments or products. They may only be used for other Services and/or Products sold in the salon where expressly permitted by the Tutti Frutti Salon Owner.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase Gift Vouchers. No change will be given.
- Our Cancellation Policy will apply where cancellations are made within 24 hours of the Services booked and our cancellation fee will be due. The cancellation fee may be taken from the Gift Vouchers value where another form of payment has not been made.
- Depending on the point in the process you have reached (you will need to read the detailed document to understand that process) you may be able to cancel the Gift Voucher using the Cancellation Form.

Privacy Policy
We never share any of your data with any other organisation except where we are legally obliged to do so.
We use your contact information to send you reminders and to send you polite requests for reviews so tat you can tell was what we are doing right or wrong. You are able to opt out of either of these services at any time.
Data Protection Policy
We limit the data we hold to the minimum necessary to;
- provide you the information and services you request
- make sure your health is not adversely affected
- maintain the records we are obliged to keep as a business (and we will only hold them for as long as we obliged to hold them)
You can always ask us to show you what data we hold and we will check with you regularly to make sure it is up to date.
